Peter Hirt螺纹规

Transducers

Transducers by Peter Hirt for high precision measurement applications. The transducer series are available in accordance with the measurement and installation requirements with different measuring strokes of ± 1 mm, ± 2 mm and ± 5 mm and in the four variants F (spring feed), V (with vacuum retract) P (with pneumatic push) and L (pneumatic push with air gap seal). Available with axial or radial cable exit for standard or pluggable transducer.

Modules

Signal conditioning modules by Peter Hirt are specially calibrated for the T-series transducers with TESA® compatible halfbridge circuit. Modules are available with supply voltages of 5, 12 or 24 VDC with bipolar output signal ±5 VDC or ±10 VDC or unipolar output signal of 0-5 VDC or 0-10 VDC or with current loop interface 4-20mA. Depending on assembly requirements, the modules are available as T-Module for front panel mounting, Cable-Module in a protective box incl. supply / signal cable or as DIN-Rail Module for DIN-Rail mounting.

Bore MT

Miniature Transducer designed to fit into very tight spaces for high precision measurement with a repeatability of 0.050 microns and a linearity error of max. 1% of the measuring range.

Small signal switch

Peter Hirt small signal switch MICRON Switch with extremely high repeatability of ± 0.0005 mm for applications as reference switch for carriage and cross-slide, mechanical stop, positioning ect.

Thread Gauge

Peter Hirt Thread Gauge Feelers are available from the smallest size 0-200 (ball diameter 0.200 mm) up to size 12 (ball diameter 4.000 mm). The current smallest size Thread Gauge Feeler 0-200 with a ruby ball diameter of 0.200 mm, is sized for the measurement of threads to size M1.7. The Thread Gauge Feelers are available individually or in a protectiv wooden box as a 12pc, 13pc or 14pc set.
